please explain the code:

for k = 1:V
        ind = find(F(:,k)==1);
for m = 1:M
Q(m,k) = Ap+Igv(ind(1),k,m)+Igv(ind(2),k,m);
end
where Ap= log(1/M); M=4
Igv= Ap* ones(K,V,M); K=4,V=6,M=4

Explain what? Uncommented code that just does some arbitrary computations is virtually impossible to explain. It does what it does. Does it even do what it was intended to do with no bugs? Who knows?
The above code is for log likelihood ratio calculation

I tried to format your code properly, but it is not even valid Matlab syntax like this.
I have attached the complete file. You can find the log likelihood ratio calculation in the end lines

@Sajid: Fine. Now what exactly is the detail, which is not clear to you? Do you need an explanation of a for loop?
Kindly explain how he calculates LLR, especially the for loops in it thank you

@Sajid Sarwar: I count 21 FOR loops. It would be some work to explain the meaning of them all without knowing, if you even know what a FOR loop does. Please ask more specifically.
