need help about coherence filter

hello everyone i need your help to be able to make a code that allows me to do the coherence filter on a digital fingerprint according to my information i have to make a convolution of the image and a 2D isotropic Gaussian filter with a sigma

Have a look at the excellent nonlinear-diffusion-toolbox. It contains functions for coherence-enhancing non-linear diffusion filtering.
