Three step wind pattern

Hi,

I want to give three step wind input i.e., 7m/s, 8.5m/s, and 10m/s. I searched for wind input blocks, but couldn't find. Below is the image attached of the input signal that I need. What alternative can I use if it is not available in Matlab 2013 version. Thank you so much in advance.

1. Use three step inputs and add them together
2. Use FromWorkspace block, specify time and value pairs
3. Use Signal Builder block

You have to take care of the unit yourself, especially in R2013 version.
