ライセンス番号の取得はコマンドウィンドウに'license'と打ち込むとありました
ですが、matlabをまだインストールしていない（インストールできない）ため、コマンドウィンドウを開くことができません
どうすればよいでしょうか？

License Centerから確認できるかもしれません。
