how to get 32 bit MATLAB for free in windows 7 home-basic

 Accepted Answer

  1. you can get a job or internship with Mathworks
  2. you can win one of the various contests that Mathworks offers
  3. there are a few countries such as Germany and Denmark that have laws that specifically permit consumers to sell licenced software. You could move to one of those countries and then find someone who no longer needed their license and was willing to give it to you.
Those are the only legal ways that I know of.

I asked something and you answered to different question.
In these options I choose option a... :p
In that case you're going to want to start here.
But getting back to your original question, the last release supported on 32-bit Windows was release R2015b. "As of R2016a, Windows 32-bit operating systems are no longer supported." So if you're looking to use functionality introduced in the past three and a half years, you'd need to upgrade your Windows to 64-bit.
Depending on how you plan to use MATLAB you may be interested in one of the six license types. See the License Types section on the right side of the Products and Services page for a brief description of the license types.
None of the available licenses are free, except as I outlined.
That's true, but some are less expensive than others and may still be suitable for the original poster's purposes. That's the reason I brought up the different licenses, but I guess I forgot to finish that though in my first comment.
MATLAB online is the solution by now as I am not having enough money to buy a licensed version...But thank you all for your support...(y)
MATLAB Online is only available to people who have bought a licence or who have been given access by a university.
