how to calculate the intersection between two curves without equation?

Hi,
I have two curves (see attached here) but the problem is that i dont have their equations, only certain points. How do i find the points where these two curves intersect?
PLEASE HELP

Are you happy to assume linear transitions between the sample points, as you have in your plot?
