How can ı use talkback on thingspeak with simulink?

ı want to use simulink with thingspeak but there is not much example to understand.There are tutorials about thingspeak but most of them use Arduino IDE for that.

1)can ı recieve data from 'wifi TCP/IP sender ' if ı am on different network?

There are specific blocks in Simulink to send data to ThingSpeak or read data from ThingSpeak.
