Plot 3D matrix

I have 3D matrix of size 200x400x100. The matrix values shows the amplitude in the image. How to plot all the points in a 3D grid?

volumeViewer if you have a suffiently recent matlab. Otherwise look in the File Exchange for vol3d v2.

I was trying to open the volume viewer app. but it freezes in MATLAB.
