Dicom image stacking problem

i stacked 381 dicom images but they satcked in MxN format and when i try to show , error occurs and tells it should be in MxNx3 format. Is my stacked images format is wrong then what is the correct way to do it and if correct can i proceed with MxN format?

Deepa, Use following command to view your dicom slides:

DCM=M X N X1000

volshow(DCM)

Use something like

DCM = cat(3, CellArrayOfImages{:});

to do the stacking.
