Hello everyone.
I am trying to recreate the algorithm and results from the paper "Magnetic optimization algorithm for data clustering" by Neetu Kushwaha, Millie Pant, Surya Kant, and Vinay Kumar Jain (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.patrec.2017.10.031). I need help in coding the algorithm.
