Finding a partially case sensitive string in a larger string.

Hi I need to be able to find how many of a string that is partially case sensitive are present in another string and am very unsure about how to go about this. For example i need to find 'HelloThere' in the string 'HelloThereEveryone' but only the section 'There' is case sensitive how would I go about this?

Find all of the potential matches case insensitive . Then out of the list of locations, select the subset that matches the appropriate part case sensitive .
