Empty sym: 0-by-1 Error

I am trying to find an interative solution to a problem I have. My TA in the class gave me this script and his works perfectly; however, mine gives me an Empty sym: 0-by-1 error whenever I try to run it.
Here is my script:
Data = [5.542803392, 2.874974422, 0.116610421, 1.897079378;
88.51537734, 3.18981575, 0.3460802, 22.83417623];
[row,col]=size(Data);
for n=1:row
syms t
Age_638 = Age638(1/Data(n,1))/1e+6;
R = Data(n,3);
Age7_6 = solve(Rad7_6(t) == R,t)/1e+6
end
I'd love some feedback on what is causing the issue.

Age_638 = Age638(1/Data(n,1))/1e+6;
Age638 is not defined at that point. If it is a variable then it is very likely that your attempt to index it would be invalid.

Hi
Age638 and Rad7_6(t) are not defined. First defined these variable/ function in the code. Hope it will help.

And assign the result in the loop to Age7_6{n} and Age_638(n)
