S-Function builder hanging

Hello,

I'm running MATLAB 2016B and tried installing 2017B in parrellel but this seems to have broken the s-function builder in both versions.

I have a model containing an s-function and on first opening the model i can build the s-function but if i run the model and then try to re-build the s-function matlab hangs.

Are there any known problems around this area ?

I've tried reinstalling matlab, relinked to the mex compiler and even tried creating a simple model but i still have the same problem.

Any advice would be appreciated
