constturn algorithm definition section missing

In the help description for constacc, for example there is a Algorthim section, which detailes the code implementation. However for consttrun there is no such section. I could not guess the wrokings from the example provided. Any suggestions ?

You can access the code for 'constturn' function using the following command:

edit consttrurn.m
