Problem with latex interpreter

Hi I want to assing this string to my ylable data but matlab cannot interpret it properly str=‘$\frac{\tilde{y}(t)}{\sigma_{\eta(t)}}$’ ylable(str,’Interpreter’,’latex’)
Does anyone know what’s the problem? Thanks

ylabel(str,'Interpreter','latex')

I’m using exactly the same syntax as you just mentioned, but unfortunately it is still the same
