Need help fitting given data to an exponential function

Hello everyone,
I have tried to google or read other answers, but I am still confused on how to move forward with fitting the data to an exponential function.

Do you have the curve fitting toolbox? If so have you tried the cftool ?

If you have the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, you might be able to use the expfit function.
If not, and you don't have the Curve Fitting Toolbox either (as Walter suggested), it is possible that you can perform a logarithmic transformation on your data, and use base MATLAB to do a linear fit.
If you upload your data in a *.mat file, we may be able to help more.
