Why does the MATLAB Mobile Connector To Desktop Feature no longer work?

Recently, I tried using the MATLAB Mobile Connector to Desktop Feature. However, I am no longer able to access the feature. What happened to it?

The MATLAB Mobile Connector to Desktop Feature has been deprecated. The feature was deprecated in September 2019, starting from iOS version 7.7 and Android version 4.7. For mobile devices with earlier versions connected to MATLAB R2019b or earlier, the MATLAB Mobile Desktop connector feature still works.

Possible workarounds include:

1. Connecting to MATLAB Cloud via MATLAB mobile and importing/exporting necessary files.

2. Using a TCPIP Connection to communicate between phone and desktop (Note: This requires both phone and desktop to be on the same network)
