How can I plot a graph from Simulink while simulating?

I have a simulink model so I can see the behaviour of several motors on a scope. Besides, I made an app using Matlab's app designer to plot the graph I get on the scope, but the plotted data is the final whole graph, I cannot see how the speed increases while simulating. In other words, I can't see the 'real time' graph from my simulation.
Does anyone know how to do that, or if there's any module that can do it?

Use the blocks from the Simulink, Dashboard library, e.g. Dashboard Scope block.
