regression learner app missing

Hello every one,

I was exploring the regression learner app in the app catagory but it is shown up there and also i typed 'regressionLearner' comand in the comand window still its not opening. So how can i get this app and i am using MATLAB 2016a version.

For more i attached my app gallery below. Please recommend me whats happening.

I don't think the regression learner app was introduced until R2017a. Here's the earliest reference I could find to it:
