Matlab documentation is missing

I installed the 'mapping toolbox' from Add-Ons, and then the Mapping toolbox documentation becomes the only documentation that is available.

as shown in the image. The list contained all products before I got this toolbox. How can I solve it, because such change really affects my use of 'help', to access the documents I need? Only 'mapping toolbox' related information is shown in the help page right now, instead of all the toolboxes.

I am not a native speaker, so I hope my problem is clearly described.

I am not certain what the problem is.

Run these:

restoredefaultpath 
rehash toolboxcache 

from a script or your Command Window and see if that solves it. If it does not, Contact Support.

I agree. Seems like an installation problem which means you get free telephone support from Mathworks. Do that.
