Hysteresis Loop Function and Solve

Hello,

I have experimental results of hysteresis loop ( current versus flow rate).

I want to draw that hysteresis loop, find the function that fits the hysteresis loop and solution of the function but I cannot figure it out.

Is there any code on MATLAB that works with this specific problem ?
