SDO Parameter Estimation with code

Hello, I am trying to optimize some pulse discharge data that I have obtained experimentally. I have based a script on a few resources to split up the data into separate pulses with a slight overlap. The optimization performs as expected, however, when the optimization finishes it spits out the original parameter values instead of the optimized values. I have modified the code to show each updated plot and can see the optimization working fine until the end when it reverts back to the original values. Any idea on what could be causing this?
