Cannot Install MATLAB on my windows 10 laptop

I have already loaded my key into MathWorks and download the installer. When I try to open the application contained in the setup file, it does not open. Nothing comes when I approve run as administrator. I have reinstalled and tried many times but it don't open.

I have a "ASUS Zenbook 14" laptop with a Windows 10 operating system.

I checked the support article the link led me to, but nothing has helped so far. I have no clue why it won't connect.

"open the application contained in the setup file" - This is not clear also. Simply start the setup.exe file, not any contained applications. How long did you wait?

Let me explain briefly from the beginning. I entered the mathworks site and created a mathworks account. I added my university license to my account. Then I downloaded the R2021a version. I started the setup.exe file found in the _temp_matlab_R2021a_win64 file. I have approved to run as administrator. Then the opened screen went off. I wait for a long time but the login screen does not open.

Move "_temp_matlab_R2021a_win64" file to "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin" and then open "setup.exe"
