I've to run the program for transient stability analysis but i am getting a warning at the end of the program stating "PACK can only be used from the MATLAB command line".
My program command is pack temp.dat. I almost have 50+ variables inclusive of matrices.
How to solve this? What should i do? Can someone help me

"My program command is pack temp.dat."
What does this mean? The builtin pack command does not accpet any inputs. Therefore I guess, you mean a userdefined function with the same name. Do you have it installed?
which('pack', '-all')
"I almost have 50+ variables inclusive of matrices."
Why is this important? Which problem do you want to solve? What is "temp.dat"?
Maybe you mean:
save temp.mat
