Hi ,here is my code if someone can help me to set initial conditions(densities IC) without changing the time so that I can have a graph with a meaning, I only have the density of IC1 which is 1.04e21 and knowing that I have a system of carbon plasma under air .

@Star Strider it's working the problem is that I have to give values IC to my species in order to have a graph that I can study and dicuss .
this graph doesnt have a physical meaning I need to see at least most of the species
That is going to be a bit difficult because of the number of variables (columns of ‘n’).
Providing that none of them are negative, see if plotting them as:
semilogy(t,n)
works to distinguish them.
To identify them, use the legend function, speciffically something like:
speciesc = compose('%s','C','C+','C-', ,'electron','hv')
legend(speciesc, 'Location','eastoutside')
where all the comments in the ‘Initial Conditions’ vector are supplied to it as arguments. It will likely require the 'NumColumns' name-value pair (probably set to 4) in order to look acceptable.

Scaling the y-axis logarithmically is the best I can do. (I also limited the y-axis and took the absolute values of any elements in ‘n’ that were negative, since negative valuues will not plot on a logarithmic scale. I had to copy ‘parameters’ from you earlier post in order to run this.) This shows the data in detail. Change my code to remove the ‘XScale’ logarithmic scaling to get linear scaling.
