Creating a rectangular pulse given the samples number and sampling frequency

I need some help to create a Rectangular Pulse Given the samples number = 18

Sampling Frequency = 60MHz and the peek power is 1.5Mwatts.

If you have the Signal Processing Toolbox, use square()

Otherwise create a sine wave (sin()) that fits your description and then round it to make it square.
