If you use an NVIDIA display adapter driver, certain optimizations to the driver cause the Unreal Engine to throw fatal errors or exceptions similar to the ones shown here:
Fatal Error:
[File:D:/Build/++UE4/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/CoreUObject/Private/UObject/UObjectGlobals.cpp][Line: 576]
Attempted to create a package with name containing double slashes. PackageName: /Script/CoreUObject Assertion failed: Ar != 0
[File:D:/Build/++UE4/Snc/Engine/Source/Runtime/CoreUObject/Private/Serialization/BuilkData.cpp][Line: 1635]
Attempted to load bulk data from an invalid filename '../../Plugins/MathWorksSimulation/Content/Vehicles/Muscle/Textures/T_MuscleComponents_R.ubulk'

This is a known issue for MATLAB R2021a. Reset your NVIDIA display adapter driver settings to their default values.
