Induction motor- Simulink model

When am trying to run the simulink model of three phase induction motor it shows the following error:-

"Derivative input 1 of 'threeph_imnew/wm /Integrator' at time 1.5812706564915419E-19 is Inf or NaN. Stopping simulation. There may be a singularity in the solution. If not, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)"

How can i eliminate the above error??
