Does MATLAB support the Intel Visual FORTRAN 11.1 compiler for MEX?

I would like to use the Intel Visual FORTRAN 11.1 compiler to create Fortran MEX files in MATLAB.

This enhancement has been incorporated in Release 2010a (R2010a). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
Intel Visual FORTRAN 10.1 is the vendor's highest compiler version supported by MATLAB 7.8 (R2009a).
