How do I resolve Connection problems with Raspberry Pi hardware and the host PC using Simulink 8.1 (R2013a)?

I get a connection error when I try to run a Simulink model on the Raspberry Pi hardware. I followed the firmware update process. What went wrong?

Hi everyone,
I am also getting the error
r = raspberrypi
Undefined function or variable 'ssh2client_mex'.
Error in matlabshared.internal.ssh2client
Error in raspberrypi (line 163)
obj.Ssh = matlabshared.internal.ssh2client(hostname, ...
At the folder:
C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2016a\toolbox\target\supportpackages\shared_linuxservices\+matlabshared\+internal
I have the the file named: ssh2client.p
It seems that there is a problem with the shared resource. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

The ‘ssh2client_mex’ file comes along with the support package for Raspberry Pi. Kindly re-install the support package and try connecting to the Raspberry Pi. For information on how to install the support package, please refer to the link below:
