It is possible to configure a MATLAB installation with an Individual or Designated Computer license to access toolboxes from a Concurrent license.
If MATLAB is already installed, obtain the network license file (network.lic) from your organization's license administrator. Once you have the network license file, you may: Activation provides access to the Concurrent toolboxes, but any missing toolboxes must still be installed.
If MATLAB is not yet installed, please run the installer separately for each license (Individual or Designated Computer, and Concurrent).
Please Note for Designated Computer licenses: If in the event that both Designated Computer and Concurrent license files are placed in the same folder, MATLAB uses the first filename alphabetically when launching. If the files are renamed, ensure that the Designated Computer license appears first.
