I want to set the Simulink version of my model from the MATLAB command line. I can query the model version using -
get_param(bdroot,'Modelversion')
But if I want to set the model version using -
set_param(bdroot,'Modelversion',1.2)
I receive the following error:
ERROR: ??? Error using ==> set_param
block_diagram parameter 'Modelversion' is read-only.

To change the model version of your current Simulink model from the MATLAB command line, you can use the following command:
set_param(bdroot,'Modelversionformat','3.5')
