How can I import CAD data from AutoCAD, Cadkey, or Pro/Engineer into MATLAB?

I want to export surface or solid model data from Pro/E to MATLAB.

There is an example on the MATLAB Central File Exchange for importing CAD data into MATLAB. Here is the link:
