複数バージョンの MATLAB 及び MATLAB Compiler を使用しており、
MATLAB のバージョン毎に対応する MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) の情報が必要ですが、確認する方法はありますか。

MATLAB 7.7 (R2008b) のドキュメントにて関連情報がアップデートされています。
これより古いバージョンについて、以下の方法で確認できます。
MATLAB Compiler Runtime のバージョンはアプリケーションビルドの際利用される MATLAB のメジャー バージョン 及び MATLAB Compiler のマイナーバージョンによって決まります。例えば、MATLAB 7.7 (R2008b) と対するコンパイラーは MATLAB Compiler 4.9 ですので、対応する MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) のバージョンは 7.9 です。
関数 MCRVERSION を用いて特定の MATLAB に対する MCR のバージョンを確認することができます。MCRVERSION の詳細な情報を得るため、MATLAB コマンドプロンプトにて、以下を実行してください。
help mcrversion
MATLAB コンパイラーに対応するいくつか MCR のバージョンは以下の通りです。
