Problem 44100. Input & Output "Smart One"

If i give my secret function a x value as input the result will be y value as output. Examples:

input: x=6 ----->>> output: y= 12

input: x=111 ----->>> output: y= 112

Nb: *Test Suite are inputs and outputs so don't submit an answer without refer to them
