Information collected from a beer pairing site created by Greg Engert’s web page which can be found here: http://www.splendidtable.org/story/the-7-flavor-categories-of-beer-what-they-are-how-to-pair-them. The user then enters in their preference for cuisines. The app searches through beer style pairing and matches those preferences to the most similar beer styles. The beer style is then single out among these by introducing the relative bitterness ratio (RBR) for each beer and corresponds to the chocolate preference setting.
