BPM Plot is a MATLAB® application that allows the user to load multiple sample replicates of the ZetaVIEW® (Particle-Metrix) .txt file acquisition measurements via designated folder path directory. Once loaded, the queued files are run through an efficient algorithm that displays publication-ready bar plots of the mean vesicle diameter and concentration and size distribution figures across all replicates.
