このエラーメッセージは、MLM.optファイルのMAXオプションで設定した最大ライセンス数を超過している場合に表示されます。この問題を解決するためには、MATLABからログアウトして、ライセンスキーをラインセンスサーバに返却する必要があります。
MLM.optファイルのMAXの記述はライセンス管理者が手動で行います。
例えば
MAX 1 Simulink <ユーザ名またはグループ名>
のように設定されていた場合、1つのモデルを開くことはできますが、そのモデルを閉じて開いた場合や別のモデルを開くと、以下のエラー受け取ります。
