Why do I get an error in RoadRunner reading "Unable te access the Scene Builder feature."?

When I try to use Scene Builder in RoadRunner, it says "Unable to access the Scene Builder feature. Either your license does not include access or your license server has reached the maximum number of allowed users for this feature. Refer to the output panel for more details." How do I fix this?

This can be caused by a few different things:

1. The license is corrupt, meaning a new license file should be created and used. Refer to the link below to make a new license file:

2. Needed toolboxes are not installed or are corrupt. Make sure that all necessary toolboxes are installed and if they are, uninstall and reinstall them.

4. If it's a network license, there are no seats available to be checked out. If you are managing the Network License Manager, check the log files for more details.
