Perpetual and Annual products cannot be combined on the same license number by adding Annual Toolboxes to an existing Perpetual License or vice versa. They need to be purchased separately, on a different license number, with their product dependencies met. As a result, Licenses of different terms (Annual and Perpetual) cannot be mixed within the License Center. However, products from separate licenses can be used together whether the terms match or not. It is possible to leverage license files from Annual and Perpetual licenses on the same computer or License Server.

This ensures that while products with different terms cannot be purchased together on the same license number, they can indeed be used together if managed on separate licenses.
Note: A Master License is an exception and can include both Annual and Perpetual licenses as long as the Products stay grouped within Licenses that share the same Term.
