matrix & matrix function to eigen

Hi everyone, i would like to turn these matrixes to eigen format. Thanks for help <3!
D = rand(1,10)
maks = max(D)
[i,jj] = find(D == maks)
D(i,jj) = 0
and
MM = (1:100).'+zeros(1,150)
