Why is there a Fatal Error On Startup when launching MATLAB?

This error can occur when MATLAB becomes corrupted during the installation process.
To resolve this issue, disable any security software or allow exceptions for the MATLAB application and then perform a clean installation of MATLAB.
If you are still experiencing this issue after performing a clean installation, obtain the crash logs and contact the Installation & Licensing Support team:
