When start Matlab the program freezeed

Good morning, in our department we have a strange issue with Matlab Release R2018A under Windows 7 64. The operating system have 2 network card a. Public network with ip address 147.162.23.x b. Private network with ip address 192.168.0.x whitout gateway (used for qnap connection) When start Matlab the program freezeed, without prompt and without possibility to work. If I disable one of the netword card the program work without problem. Can you help to solve my issue?

What kind of answer is it? there are nothing in the FAQ. We have already read all the FAQ before open the ticket. Can you solve my issue?
