how to write pseudo code in matlab?

Hi, everyone: I have the following problem from Neural networks: Consider a neural network with 18 layers with 17 activating functions. Suppose the weights are given by the matrices W1,W2, ...W18, the biases by b1,b2, ...b18 and the activating functions by D1,D2, ...D17. Write the pseudo code for calculating the matrix update for Wi for all I. Anybody have idea please help me to solve this problem in matlab. thank you.
