How do I integrate (x^t*sin(x) *log(x)) dx in MATLAB for limit '3' to 't'? What are the codes to run this calculation?

That could work if t has a fixed value. If Prem Patel wants the integral as a function of t, using the int function in Symbolic Math Toolbox to integrate this function symbolically is probably a better fit. You might need to make some assumptions on the symbolic variable t for that integration to succeed.
