AppDesigner Standalone Desktop App does not light up

Hi guys, as you can imagine im newbie in Matlab. I'm trying to learn more about appdesigner for my daily civil engineering jobs. But I wonder why the option which says '' Standalone Desktop App'' is not clickable? It is because of my licence which I get from my university? Or am i missing something?
So sorry, it is most likely a question which is too bad to ask but it is hard to be a newbie like me :) Thanks for your understandings guys.

As this documentation page states, to create a "Standalone Desktop App" you must have MATLAB Compiler installed on your computer.
