When performing an online installation & activation I get the following error after entering my MathWorks account credentials:

ERROR: Error 337: The information you provided could not be processed.  Please check your input and try again.

This error can occur when the activation process fails. Try performing the activation again in 15 minutes. If you are still unable to complete the process, doing a manual activation can bypass this issue.How do I activate MATLAB without an internet connection?https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/259627
