It's time for some simple geometry fun to start off the new year.
You will be given the perimeter P and the area A of a rectangle. With these two values, calculate the area of the circle that circumscribes this rectangle. This means we're looking for the area of the circle that touches this rectangle only at the four vertices of the rectangle.
