I already solved some problems in Cody, why does he not increase my points or allow me to earn badges?

Mariola, I just checked your community profile and I do not see any Cody progress. Are you sure that you were logged into mathworks.com (with this same account) when accessing Cody? As long as you are logged in using the same account, you can solve Cody problems from any computer or browser and it will save your progress. Just make sure that you see your account avatar in the top-right corner of each page.
Yes, I see that your account was showing no progress. But, apparently, you were able to sign in and solve some problems. Your Cody profile page now shows a non-zero score (see attached image).
Hi, I solved a problem in a contest and I did an intruduction problem, but I can't see my progress.
To earn a certain badge, the criteria to get it is shown, you may go to the badges section and check did you qualify the criteria already.
