You should do these 5 courses to build strong fundamental in MATLAB:
1)MATLAB Onramp
2)MATLAB Fundamentals
3)MATLAB Programming Techniques
4)MATLAB for Data Processing and Visualization
5)MATLAB for Machine Learning
I think you can go to the teaching in Matlab first. You can see them by logging into your Matlab web version.
